Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

Courses and plans with an exact published fee may be purchased as a one-time payment through Razorpay. Services without an enabled checkout remain subject to written confirmation and manual payment instructions. The website does not create recurring charges.

Course refunds (default terms)

Full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your cohort start date. 50% refund if you cancel within 7 days before the cohort start date. Once a cohort has begun, fees are non-refundable — except where we are unable to deliver the committed sessions, in which case we refund the pro-rata undelivered portion in full.

Recordings and materials you have already downloaded remain licensed to you even after a refund is processed.

Webinars

If a paid webinar is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to the next session — your choice. If you cannot attend a paid live webinar, notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full transfer to a future session.

Corporate engagements

B2B projects follow the milestones and cancellation clauses of the individual engagement agreement / NDA under which they are contracted.

How to request

Email tech@manthanventures.in from the address you enrolled with, with your invoice number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
